The Digilo Report: July 2026

Another month has passed, bringing new projects, new collaborations, and continued growth across the Digilo platform.

At Digilo, each month is focused on expanding the opportunities available to investors, improving the platform experience, and helping more people across Europe learn about real-estate-backed investing.

Here is a closer look at what happened in July.

Project progress

Projects remain at the centre of Digilo, and this month brought several important developments.

Two real-estate-backed projects were successfully funded, marking another positive step for both the project owners seeking financing and the investors who chose to participate.

At the same time, one additional project is currently in the funding process, giving investors another opportunity to review and participate in a project listed on the platform.

We are also preparing further investment opportunities for the coming months. Our focus remains on presenting projects clearly and giving investors access to the information they need before making a decision.

Our community continues to grow

We are pleased to see more investors joining Digilo from different countries across Europe.

This continued growth reflects increasing interest in real-estate-backed investment opportunities and in platforms that allow investors to review each project individually before deciding whether to participate.

Our Telegram community is also growing, with more people joining to follow Digilo updates and stay informed about new projects, platform developments, and other relevant information.

We are also seeing steady growth across our social media channels, where more people are discovering Digilo, following our progress, and keeping up with our latest content.

The Welcome Referral Programme is now live

One of the main updates this month was the launch of the Digilo Welcome Referral Programme.

The programme allows eligible existing users to invite friends to join Digilo through their personal referral link.

When a referred investor registers successfully and makes eligible Primary Market investments during the first 60 calendar days after registration, both the referred investor and the referrer may receive 1% cashback on those eligible investments.

The programme is designed to provide a welcome benefit for new investors while also rewarding existing users who introduce Digilo to others.

Expanding our creator network

This month, we also continued working with finance creators across Europe to introduce Digilo to new audiences.

Marco Schwartz published a YouTube review of Digilo, giving his audience a closer look at the platform and how it works. Our collaboration with Marco will continue with a podcast appearance planned for the future.

Healthy Money featured Digilo across YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram, helping us reach more people within the Portuguese investing community.

Luís Pinto also shared Digilo with his YouTube audience across two videos.

These collaborations help more investors discover the platform through creators they already follow and trust. They also give potential users another way to learn about Digilo before deciding whether the platform is relevant to them.
